What is a mystery pack, and how do I draw?
A mystery pack is an online prize draw with a limited number of draws. Every draw wins a physical item; no draw comes up empty. Each mystery pack page shows the prizes, the offering rates and the remaining draws. Pick a pack and draw with KIN; the result is revealed on the spot, and the items you win go into your Holding Box.
What is KIN, and how do I get it?
KIN is the token used on Kinka to draw mystery packs. After logging in, you can buy it on the “Buy KIN” page with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB or UnionPay), and it is added to your account once the payment is confirmed. Purchased KIN never expires. KIN received from campaigns or by exchanging items is valid through the end of the month six months after you receive it; you can check the expiration dates under “KIN expiration details”.
What can I do with the items I win?
Items you win go to your Holding Box first, and all of them can be shipped. Minor prizes that are not marked “Shipping only” can also be exchanged for KIN so you can keep drawing. To request shipping, the assigned values of the items in that request must total at least 3,000 KIN. If you neither request shipping for a minor prize nor exchange it within 30 days, it is automatically exchanged for KIN; shipping-only items stay in your Holding Box and are never forfeited.
Can I collect individual packs and trade them for a full box?
Yes. Eligible individual packs appear under “My accumulated packs” in your Holding Box. Once you have enough packs of the same product for a full box (10, 20 or 30 packs, depending on the product), you can choose to receive a whole box when you request shipping. The same product won from different mystery packs is counted together. Boxes are factory-sealed with the shrink wrap and seals intact; no one has opened them or picked through the packs, and they are not made up of leftover packs. You can still ship packs the usual way without a full box, and packs that can be exchanged for KIN are still exchanged automatically if they are left for 30 days.
